It was back in the 90's when I saw them put up a huge noise barrier on Perimeter Road by the Miami International Airport.
At the time the way the dots were distributed irked me. Some dots are clusted together and others are perfectly alined.
Less noise but still annoying

Just for fun, I pull out a two year old film negative to rescan. My current scanning setup has improved alot in the last couple of years and I think it shows.
Color and resolution on my current setup (DSLR scanning) is much better.

It might be hard to see but a guy was hanging off a helicopter working on a power line. The chopper was there calmly flying completely still. Wild!
